sweepin’ the clouds away. On my way to where the air is sweet.
The air is sweet today! The sun is shining. There is not a cloud in the sky with the birds are singing and the frogs are peeping and the chickens are super happy as am I. Today it is so warm I can actually feel the sun on my skin ~ heaven! A very different picture than last weekend where is was super cold and snowy and it felt like winter would never ever leave.
So for those of you still with snow and winter there is hope!! Sending some of these warm and sunny vibes your way.
Spring has sprung! And I am feeling it are you?!
So stay tuned for new colorways in the next few weeks. I am also putting up more classes and fun crafty happenings. We want to expand our yearly dye day into something that happens once a month and involves other types of making. So my friends if there is something you would like us to offer or you would like to be a part of helping us create please let us know. We are going to create a dye garden that we harvest and use. If you would like to be a part of that please do contact me. email@example.com
Community has always been seriously important to me. It’s one of the reasons I did events like Sock Camp and it is one the reasons I love to teach and honestly just do what I do. Creating for me is ALL about sharing there’s so much we have to teach each other. We all see things differently. Seeing and experiencing the world through someone else eyes and life experience makes us more whole within ourselves but also as a diverse loving people.
We are diligently working on catching up wit all the things and can actually see the light at the end of this tunnel. Thank you all so very much for standing by us with your compassion, notes ofe support and encouragement and patience! We have shipped the last 2018 RSC!! We are shipping the first one of 2019 this coming week. We are working on the color club and all of the web and store orders. All the things
We have shipped out over half of the BFL Sport yarn from the special. If you are part of the Vancouver Shawl KAL we are hoping to have everyone their yarn by the end of this week. Karen and I decided to make the cast on for this more fluid while everyone gets their yarn. Please do check out the Rav group to see what Karen has planned. If you have do not have a lot of experience with linen stitch please do check out the group on Ravelry. Karen is the linen stitch queen and is super helpful. I do remember a lot of you who ordered yarn for this shawl saying that you had put off knitting this because it felt like a lot and our intention with this KAL is to offer you that support no matter when we all start and finish! It’s all about the support. Oh and I soooooo love some of the color choices you all have made. We cannot wait to see all of these. I feel like we might need some sort of virtual fashion show when all of this is said and done.
okay…well there is so much more but it is sunny and I want to absorb some more of this Vitamin D so I have it for the dye all the things week to come.
Love you guys! Love yourselves and each other!
