Here are 3 of the new colourways going up on the website on Tuesday.  My brain is name cramped and they need to be appropriately titled.

So whatcha think?

All thoughts and ideas are welcome and then we’ll do a blue moon vote on Monday, and you’ll get to see who they are on Tuesday.

Excuse me, colourway #3 here. What are those two on about? Seriously, try being third guys. Besides I’m such the better colourway.

See… they’re a mouthy bunch not easy to name at all.

I think colorway number 1 would like the name “Passionheart.”

Number 2 reminds me of “Gram’s Chintz” (even though my grandmother never decorated with chintz...)

And warm, lovely, number 3 should be “Bikini Beach.”

(I didn’t look at any of the other submissions, so I apologize in advance if I’ve inadvertently duplicated a name.)

For number one, “Tea Roses in my Garden” Yes, I even have a lavender one - called Barbara Streisand.

For number two, “Wine and Roses” - reminds me of the Wine and Roses Weigela I planted this spring (see http://shrubsource.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=83)

For number three “Maui Sunset” (these are exactly the colors I remember, looking west from our condo.  Makes me want to go back there soon!

1)Tango - because that pop of dark tangerine coming out of the cooler purple tones reminds me of a tango dancer I once saw with an orange orchid in her hair.  Her dress was purple and she was looked mysterious and compelling at the same time.

2)Hellebore - because the colours look just like the Hellebore out front of my house.

3) Aurora - for the most beautiful sunrise colours I’ve ever seen

#1, It looks like it could be related to Pepe La Plume, but feminine, & whoa, irresistibly sexy.  Do you remember Pepe La Pu’s amour?  His girlfriend (for lack of better title, I guess), was a black cat who accidentally had a white stripe painted on her back & Pepe mistook her for female skunk.  He could not leave her alone!  Her name was “Penelope Pussycat.” So, how about “Penelope Pussycat?”
