Yay for fiber festivals!
Man that looks like too much fun to be legal!!!
happy thoughts to those who were lucky enough!
I know how much fun you had because I’ve been, but BOO HOO that I couldn’t go this year!
I sooooo want a bunny, too….sigh. Perhaps I can be a DFGparent to Kevin??
Fun to see that people I know were there. Someday, me too…
Love all the pictures (the last one is just perfect!)!! We had such a good time Saturday! Can’t wait to get home to cast on something new!
Had the most fun I’ve had since… OFFF last year, I think. It’s the highlight of my fiber year. And aren’t the bunnies and the baby pygoras just so cute you could die? Or dye, maybe?
I had a chance to talk to the guy weaving the robe a few years ago and it made my heart so happy. I grew up in Sitka and I feel very connected to the Tlingit tribe. And I saw those baby sheep too. So sweet.
fuzzy balls!!!!!! Thats why I love ya.
No “it doesn’t take a genius to spot a goat in a flock of sheep” jokes?!? Heh.
How fun! I can’t wait ‘til Irishgirlie posts pics of her adventures at OFFF too.
Kevin is the bomb!
Had so much fun shopping at Blue Moon this weekend! I had been waiting for this for months!
Oh, how I wish I had been there. . . sniff.
Lovely bunch of coco– I mean pix! Great to see you there, and thanks much for such a wonderful series of photos. I didn’t get to walk around much.
Extra thanks for the pic of the Oregon Swift Robe; if I had to miss it, at least I got to see a beautiful, beautiful photo.
And the end is *truly*…something clever I can’t think of right now. [g] I nearly giggled myself outta my chair!
What’s wrong with those pictures? I wasn’t there!!! Waaaaaahhhh… Looks like alot of fun! I absolutely adore Morgaine and Lan! And I did notice their BMFA bumper sticker when I was last at their place! You, IrishGirlie, WoolGirl–all at the same place?=HEAVEN!!!
Looks like a great fiber festival—I definitely have to go that one some time!!! I miss you guys so much. Can’t wait for sock camp or the summit—not sure which one I’ll be able to attend.
I love that you have fallen down the rabbit hole! Henry is adorable:) I have 7 little baby bunnies that were born 3 days ago. Oh my god they are so tiny. Louie of AYD (who looks quite a lot like Henry) is dad and my Grey/blue French angora, Clara is a great mom.
Hope to see you soon! I’m looking forward to Story night.
I was just showing Att the pics here at the blog. He looked up, seeing the header photo first and said-“those look like sheep-no a bunny!” Then he saw Henry and said, “COOL…”
But he is most highly impressed and amused by the ‘end’ pick–“Is that a sheep BUTT?!”-LOL!!!
This was my first time attending the show and it was spectacular! Much larger than I had realized. Too much to take in with just a few hours, which is what I had. Definitely worth a trip again next year.
